Raise Some Dough
Our fundraising programs are fun, easy, and get your entire group involved.
We do favor groups with a local tie and generally they are causes and organizations that are near and dear to the heart of a regular customer. Before you ask us to do a fundraiser/sponsorship/donation, please come and try our pizza. To be honest, it's a little disheartening to have someone ask for a fundraiser who's never been to our store and who chooses another pizza when it's time to feed the team or group. We support our fundraisers, Beavercreek local merchants, and the local community, and hope that you will, too.
SPONSORSHIPS
For Sponsorship requests, please submit a request with more information by clicking here. Unfortunately, we are just a small pizza place and can’t sponsor a lot of organizations/events. We also do not sponsor non-school sport teams (there are just too many and we hate to pick and choose).
DONATIONS
For Donations, please submit a request with more information by clicking here. We do not make cash donations, but we are happy to offer Free Pizza Certificates for Raffles. For causes close to our hearts, we can even sometimes offer a few Free Pizzas on the house.
We’ve got several fundraising programs - a 1-Day Fundraiser (open to anyone), a Gift Card Fundraiser (open to anyone), and a 1-Day Fundraiser with “Celebrity Servers” (schools and school-related activities only).
1-DAY FUNDRAISER - SPIRIT DAY (THURSDAY OR SUNDAY ONLY)
Ideal for any group that’s not school-related.
Here's how it works:
We supply flyer artwork for you to distribute to your group and their friends and family encouraging support of the fundraisers. You distribute flyers and communicate the fundraiser with your group. Please do not hand out flyers in/outside of the store the days of the fundraiser.
You get a donation equal to 20% of the sales that mention your specific fundraiser code (there may be multiple fundraisers on the same day), are accompanied by a flyer (paper or digital), or utilize the online coupon code (valid only at PizzaDive.com).
The 1-Day Fundraiser lasts all day, so you can come for Lunch or Dinner (or both).
Fundraiser Guidelines:
Fundraisers are offered year-round, but are limited to once per year per organization.
Good for same-day orders only and excludes specials, discounted items, and the Purchase and/or Redemption of Gift Cards.
Fundraiser earnings are provided via check and mailed the following week (to the legal name of the group and address submitted on the fundraising form).

eGIFT CARD FUNDRAISER
Another great option for smaller groups. This can also be ran in conjunction with the 1-Day Fundraisers.
Your group sells our Pizza Dive eGift Cards to friends, family, and neighbors and you make a percentage of the value you sell.
Here's how it works:
We provide an eGift Card promotion code, valid for 1 day.
All your group has to do is share the eGift Card promotion code and date of the sale.
eGift Cards can be sold in any denomination starting at $10. Physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards sold in-store are not eligible for this Fundraiser.
Your group makes 10% of sales using the eGift Card promotion code. For example, if your group sells $500 in eGift Cards, you will receive a check for $50.
eGift Card Fundraiser earnings are provided via check and mailed the following week (to the legal name of the group and address submitted on the fundraising form).

1-DAY FUNDRAISER - SPIRIT DAY WITH ‘CELEBRITY SERVERS’ (WEDNESDAY ONLY)
Our most popular choice. Only for local schools and school-related clubs/extracurriculars/programs that want to raise awareness in the community while raising some dough for their cause.
It's a 1-day program that includes a variety of ways for your group to make money. Together, they can typically add up to a $200 to $500 donation.
Here's how it works:
We supply flyer artwork for you to distribute to your group and their friends and family encouraging support of the fundraisers. You distribute flyers and communicate the fundraiser with your group.
You get a donation equal to 10% of all qualifying Dine-In or Carry-Out orders for Wednesday (including buffet sales). Good for same-day orders only and excludes online orders, specials, discounted items, and the Purchase and/or Redemption of Gift Cards.
For the Buffet, two volunteers (18+ with photo release consent) from your group staff our Wednesday Night All-You-Can-Eat Buffet as Celebrity Servers from 4:30 – 7:30 and get an additional $100 donation. This is usually lots of fun and a nice way to create momentum for the fundraiser.
The 1-Day Fundraiser lasts all day, so you can come for Lunch or Dinner (or both).
Fundraiser Guidelines:
Due to the popularity of the Celebrity Server Fundraiser, and the coordination and staffing requirements for the store, we reserve these for local schools and school-related clubs/extracurriculars/programs only.
We love sharing our collaborations, and would love for you to provide information that we can “share” for social media content, and to announce that you are the fundraiser of the week! This will include a paragraph or two about your organization and mission, a photo of your group.
Fundraisers are offered based on availability and weather (we limit it to once per year per organization).
Fundraiser earnings are provided via check and mailed the following week (to the legal name of the group and address submitted on the fundraising form).
